Paid $2k for roughly 6-7 appointments, the last of which she was a no show, with zero communication. Virtual meetings were not set up at the decided time of scheduled meetings on 3 separate occasions. It was clear she paid no attention to metrics being submitted weekly, as data points were trending in the wrong direction during the final month. She had very little knowledge to contribute when questions were raised about macro ratios, ratios in relation to activity levels, and calorie ingest fine tuning. If you are looking for an RDN that is willing to invest as much time, effort and energy into your goals as you are, then I would never recommend this person.
