I am very pleased with the services at Ocean Psychotherapy. My therapist Alyssa was a great listener, very understanding, and gave me the tools I needed to move forward. I highly recommend her!

I was debilitated by my anxiety and feeling hopeless. I have been to countless therapists and nothing seemed to help. Alyssa gave me hope again and taught me how to cope with my anxiety. Now I am finally LIVING and ENJOYING my life again! There truly are professionals out there that go above and beyond to help you and Alyssa is one of those rare ones.

I have been in therapy for a large portion of my life meeting new therapists constantly. That being said, Alyssa has been working with me for a few years now. Since meeting with her, I have not only been able to overcome many obstacles in life, but I have been able to live my life in such a new way. We have been working constantly with new ways to help me in various forms, whenever I am asked if I know a good therapist I say: No, I know an amazing one. She makes you feel heard, makes you feel like you matter in this world, and she makes life easier to be a part of. If you need a therapist, she is the one you need.
