Unprofessional and poorly skilled
My daughter had surgery at the new Childrens Richmond Hospital a few days ago and Alissa was her nurse anesthesia person. Alissa came in only right before the surgery and Hailey wanted to tell her about her day. Allissa was visibly annoyed at my daughter's desire for conversation and quickly pushed her away. It made me so upset and worried about her safety since the person taking her seemed so uncaring. Hailey was taken to recovery when I saw her next and shd had cuts on her lips and ended up vomitting everywhere and with eye abrasions to. This nurse anesthesia is unprofessional, not kid friendly and poorly skilled. I do not recommend her in any way. Ask for someone else.

My daugter was terrified of her
My daughter had surgery last week and said this nurse held her down and put a mask over her face. She told me she was crying but Alisa did not listen to her saying she couldnt breath. Im very unhappy with how scared M is now to go to bed. She cries and says she is so scared of this nurse.
