Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They do not answer the phone, and if they do they have an attitude. Purchased a pair of glasses feb 22 that they still have not sent me or allowed for me to come pick up... it’s July

I’ve been going here since I was a child with my grandma , granted it still looks the same but he has always been pleasant an helpful towards me an staff is very nice only can speak on my own experience he has been doing this for ages nobody’s perfect an everyone is entitled to a bad day

Horrible. Old decrepit office with old plants and dust on the waiting room chairs. Stern is mean to his staff, snippy and rushes through your appointment. Out dated equipment—I felt like I was back in the ‘70s. Staff is very polite but Stern is a mean old man. Will NEVER come back here.

Not only is he rude to his own staff but he seemed too rushed to deal with our small child who needed Glasses. He even seemed annoyed that we had an appointment that day. Not the best first visit for us...
Luckily the prescription he gave is good but it doesn't help that they don't even open on time. Can't reach them on the phone, doors are locked 15 mins after 9:00 am. We won't be returning.
