Dr. Allyson Palgon, OD

Dr. Allyson is an excellent and caring optometrist. I u. Been going to her for more than a decade. Just excellent.

My daughter plays travel softball and would wear her glasses on the field. Refused to used her goggles and did not want to wear contacts. Once I explained it to Dr. Palgon, she talked to her… and now she’s addicted to her contact lenses! I went in the following year and said thank you, your talk with her made the safety switch she needed to play softball.

Dr. Palgon is the best optometrist I’ve ever had. Her expertise, organization and attention to detail are exceptional and must be commended and recommended to the public at large. Thank you Dr. Palgon for taking such good care of me and my spouse time and again.

At first I was skeptical about using an optometrist in a big box store; however, after meeting Dr. Palgon and her staff I was very impressed. I was going into contacts after not having them for over 20 years and she was exceptionally helpful, caring and took her time with explaining the options of mono vision vs multi focal. She does not hesitate to try different strengths to get my vision the best it can be with the use of contacts. I highly recommend Dr. Palgon. You won't feel like you're in a big box store once you are in her office. You'll simply feel like you're at the eye doctor.

Dr. Palgon, her staff and covering optometrists are exceptional. She is very attentive to her patients. Love how she interacts with we staff. Her explanations are understandable and she listens intently. Who cares about the wait when the staff gladly will call to see if you would like to reschedule. They even call if someone has cancelled!

Dr. Palgon is very friendly and always greets you with a smile. At times, it appears that she is juggling too many patients at once. Our last visit we waited almost 45-50 minutes to be seen. Once we were in the appointment was quick. But overall, she does a good job.

Her office is inside the Davie Costco. Nice staff and great doctor. Takes her time with you, explains things, and is thorough and knowledgeable. Doesn't push you to get glasses or contacts unnecessarily. Definitely recommend.

Very nice and professional, she listens to your concerns and is patient and thorough in her evaluation. Staff is great too.
