Talked to this provider and arranged a telehealth appointment. She was going to call me. We had an email exchange the day before (also spoke with her on the phone last week) with my correct phone number, and, obviously, my email address. At the appointed time the call did not come. I emailed her a couple of times and got no response. When I finally called her she said that she'd called me and emailed me. Apparently she'd dialed the wrong number- she admitted to that. I never got an email from her, although she insisted she emailed me several times today (all she would've had to do was hit reply to my emails). I got nothing. I had her tell me what address she used and it was correct, although I never got any emails from her. The whole thing was pretty anxiety producing. She offered to reschedule, I declined. I need someone who is a little less spacey. I was afraid, for a bit, that I'd been scammed (I had giving her my insurance information). Unprofessional and weird.
