Allison is very knowledgeable in the field of nutrition. I was referred by my doctor to see her because I have multiple health issues including being overweight. I tried diets and nothing stuck. Allison helped me change my lifestyle that best suited me and provided excellent nutrition education along the way so I understand the "why", not just the "how". I now prepare and cook healthy meals not just for me, but also for my family.
