For being in a medical office, one would think there would be an elevator to the 2nd floor where the office is located. Tough for people with disabilities to access. As a mental health professional, one would also think that said professional would not ask questions like "well did you say no?" as a follow up question when their patient tells the professional they have been raped. It's like not being believed about the rape in the first place. If there were an option for zero stars I would select this.
