I have seen here off and on because when my Father passed I missed a few appointments. I noticed the past few months she seems fake not here for the patients all about money. I don’t trust anything she has said to me now I miss an appointment literally called in the same day a WHOLE WEEK later I’m being told she canceled my appointment that I rescheduled the same day but it’s okay that she has been late my past 3 appointments though? Smh she’s a JOKE! Thanks for nothing besides making things worse stressful it was bad enough I had lost my Father and ex husband I had not missed any appointments since! So how does it make sense. The fact you refuse to see someone just drop someone not just like that. Absolutely horrible!

I’m a little older at 57 and have not been successful with finding my true cause of mood and emotion swings. I’ve been to many physicians and either the vibe was off, or the diagnoses and delivery method. Out of desperation I decided to give it one more shot. Then I found Aliya. Our connection was instant, no prejudging, no jumping into my conversation while speaking, no condescending responses because she’s educated. Rather a sincere conversation with someone that really seemed to care and wanted to listen. At the end of out one hour conversation…mostly by me…she stated with a smile and said, I love this…you’re bipolar! I was a little confused and said, how’s that good? She just smiled warmly and said, now I know how to treat you! It’s been a journey of self discovery, enlightenment and growth since that moment. I have no desire to stop seeing Aliyah because the way I feel physically, emotionally and mentally, cannot be replaced. I honestly love my Dr! Call Aliyah and find peace!

I was chained hopelessy to severe depression and high anxiety for many years. Trying a variety of medications only led to more dispair and frustration. Fortunately, I was recommended to contact Aliya May. She was my answer to giving me hope and assurance that I would get better and I did. I started seeing Aliya about 6 months ago. Previous to that I was wallowing in misery and depression. Turns out I was bi polar. In our first session she diagnosed my issues and was so warm and inviting that I actually let my guard down and opened up to her. She is hands down the best psychiatric Dr I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. I switched insurance recently and was worried she wasn't covered by my new insurance. She was thankfully, but even if she wasn't I would've just started paying out of pocket cause I've never had a Dr understand and care for me and my health the way she does. I couldn't imagine going to anyone else. Truly top of her field and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

I have her contact information as Aliya the BEST PA. I have bipolar disorder, I have seen many practitioners, they have recommended many different treatments. Aliya is the only one who realized I would benefit from ECT, it changed my life. I also need medicine to keep me able to maneuver in todays society even after treatment. She took time to learn my story, hear my history. She cares, which is rare in a industry where mental health professionals see so many people and you become a generalized disability, and each time you have an appointment you are seeing someone else who has no idea about your past, except what is listed in the previous persons notes…which usually are minimal and not really helpful. Alyia has been an intricate part of my treatment plan and my mental health would not be at the level it is without her knowledge, compassion, Kindness.

Dr. May is a life saver!! She’s so sweet. I’ve been on this journey of downfall for over 25 years and within a couple of months of seeing her, she has been the most critical part in my life! Dr. May has always been attentive, courteous, and appropriately concerned about my welfare as her patient. She has worked with me creatively till she came up with a combination of medications that have helped my years-long depression; No simple feat.I can't say enough good things about her. She's been there and she's helped me immeasurably. What else can you possibly ask from a Dr. except for a good SOH and now that I'm laughing again we share that too!

After years of subpar providers Aliya Mays, PA is outstanding. In the first visit she accurately diagnosed and treated her with medicine that actually worked. My sister is better than she has been in over 20 years Sad it took this long to get the correct treatment. I highly recommend her to anyone who is battling mental illness.
