Have seen her 3 times, and every time she was late...once by more than an hour. Two times out of three this year, she didn't even call in the tests to the diagnostics center and I had to hunt up another doctor to get help. The secretaries told me that they have to fax the test to the center, not put it in a computer, yet this has happened again. She also charges more than twice what Mass Blue covers, so her visits...even for just a quick word or prescription refill...are terribly expensive. I am in the process of changing doctors, as I have never had this kind of bad experiences before.
