Ali is amazing. She is so observant and well-informed on exact details of my surgery and ongoing issues. She is reassuring and positive at the same time being sympathetic. I am a little “fuzzy” brained due to all the medications, processes, people met etc. When I first met with her she seemed to know me but I was foggy on a pror meeting. Great care, great bedside manner!!
