Alisha cares more about making a buck then the health&welfare of her patients. My husband and I both saw her and have Diabetes which requires a form to be sent to our medical drs. Alisha charged us for a MEDICAL appt instead of a standard yearly eye exam. This caused us to be charged by our insurance. We explained that to Alisha but she argued. Finally she said she'd waive the $60 charge, BUT when my husband's medical doc asked for the form she DENIED it. She DENIED us our medical records!!
