Ms. Robolin worked with myself and my parent. We had been estranged for 30+ years and she helped us to reconcile. It was a very difficult situation, but with her help we were able to establish a normal, caring relationship. She is a kind, compassionate, non-judgmental listener and presence. She helped us to better listen to, and understand one another instead of being defensive and angry.
