Dr. Alicja Stewart, PHD

I have accepted more truths about myself while working with Dr. Stewart. In a judgement-free zone I am learning to not judge myself, which has allowed me to be more truthful with myself and others. She uses many different tactics and pays attention to how I am feeling, which in turn is helping me to be more aware of the physical reactions I have never really noticed before. It's a new territory and she has been patient and compassionate even while I regress again and again. She's dependable, kind, and trustworthy.

My experience with her was not well. She keeps forgetting things we talked through and worked on from previous appointments. When it happened at almost every meeting, I was starting to get tired and lost confidence in her. She is also a little forceful in her approach, and I would tolerate it if we are moving forward, but instead, we were stagnant. On the positive side, she has cool temperament, so you may like her if you are looking for those that are not overly familiar with you. I would not refer her to my friends and family. However, this review is strictly based on my experience; thus, others may have a better experience with her.
