She is just wonderful! Dr. Puskar's optimism that you can do it in terms of recovery to a stable point and her resources made all the difference..A concussion does make you a different person, especially with being over 60, I assume and I was an active working person in a physical job when I was injured. You worry about your health and she always makes me feel good about things. She is a good listener. I highly recommend her.

Great doctor, however, I've been out of work for months with a concussion. I thought she would get me on a treatment plan to help with the headaches, nausea and dizziness. She doesn't prescribe meds and referred me to a therapist with a 3 month wait. She sent the script directly to the therapist. When I tried to get it to go elsewhere, her nurse became ignorant and combative with me and refused me, stating that I needed to go to that specific therapist. I ended up finding another doctor entirely

Wonderful neuropsychologist who does a really good job at explaining concussion and post-concussion symptoms, what's going on, and what specialists to send you out to, to treat. Jumps to conclusions a little bit in terms of medication may help, but she cannot prescribe medication, so that's okay. She will spend as much time as possible explaining what's going on, how to treat, and addressing questions you may have. Short wait. Overall wonderful, informative visit. Highly recommend!

I was referred to Dr. Puskar, after being misdiagnosed with a neck issue. The majority of my problems were due to a concussion that occurred over a year ago. She is a wonderful, compassionate doctor who is working very hard to get me well and I have faith in her. Finally, I have a diagnosis.
