Very Compassionate
Alicia is very polite and knows how to treat my pain levels. Always has my best interest when she sees me. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great nurse practitioner ..

Rude and nasty. She lost my tests and did not know she did until 7 days after the office visit. Then she called and accused me rudely of not taking them and when I defended my self and told her I did at my office visit she got nasty and hung up on me. When I complained to her office she blamed sick calls for mine and others and acted like I should understand. It was pretty clear she did not care about me at all since it took 7 day to realize she did not have what the visit was for. Incompetent and unprofessional
