She would not prescribe my son medication for strep. His results were positive on mychart. When I called to ask why, her response was, that is not the type of strep they look for! She was wrong! My son was in pain crying! I had to spend 4 hours in urgent care just so they would give him the prescription! When I showed the Dr there his earlier results, she was baffled as to why Alicia would not prescribe him the medication for strep, it could have been very dangerous had he not recieved his prescription from urgent care! My family refuses to see her.

I had a toenail removed and a chemical matrixectomy. I wasn't able to get an appointment with my PCP, but I trust the Harborwood Office, so I accepted an appointment with Alicia. She was very professional, listened to all my concerns, and was very skilled at the procedure. I mentioned to her that I would really not like the nail to grow back, because it had a tendency to be ingrown. She then proceeded to go search for the right materials to accommodate my request. The injections were painful, but not unbearably so. There was one point we had to stop in the process for a moment, but again, the pain was not unbearable. I have a big toe, and the toenail was a beast for her to work with. She was very nice, friendly, and professional throughout it all. Hands down, I would see her again in an emergency situation, were my PCP not available.
