Amazing experience
Alicia took the time to explain everything to me. I have been seen by her for 2 years now and to be honest for the first time I feel SEEN and HEARD. She LISTENED to all of my concerns and questions. We came up with a care plan that works for me. If I did not have insurance I would pay out of pocket to remain in her care. The office staff is great as well...it is a welcoming environment. I have never waited more than 5 minutes. My daughter and sister are patients of her as well. If you are in search of a new care team...this is the place.

Judgmental, stereotypes, and will make you feel less of a person. Not effective at communicating or being transparent or perhaps she was just lying. Did not have the medical knowledge to help during the appointment and kept saying she will have to review with the main doctor to get answers.
