In addition to the front desk incompetence and rudeness noted by others, plus their not returning calls for requesting refills, Alice pushed us to put our child on a variant of meds that we already established didn't work for our child, based on a diagnostic label instead of digging deeper into the issues. She wouldn't help us explore other options, insisted medication was the only way to treat our child, and didn't listen to our concerns about serious side effects we read about. We cut ties because we felt she had crossed into unethical and dangerous territory. We later found out through other specialists that our child did indeed have other undiagnosed conditions and have been able to find other treatment options since. I often wonder if Alice would admit she was wrong if we learned all this while our child was in her care.

Alice Hudson is great. She listens very well and asks good question while trying to be helpful. Front desk staff is horrible. I mean the worst I've ever seen. The lady at the front desk does not make you feel welcomed, every time I ask question she makes it look like it's such a big deal to answer to my question. She is not being helpful and always shows her bad mood. This job is NOT for her. She need to work at a job with no human interaction.

Staff was very rude and unwelcoming. Considering the nature of this practice, I would not recommend having someone so hostile be the first people patients talk to.

I really liked Alice Hudson. She was very understanding and conscientious of how to treat my issues. I did not feel rushed at all. I feel confident that her course of treatment will benefit me greatly.
