Dr. Alfredo Trejo Jr, OD

Maybe a month or so ago I went in for a routine eye exam at Innovative Eyecare. Dr. Trejo was the doctor who saw me. After some basic testing done by his office staff he told me that there appeared to be peripheral vision problems. He suggested I go back for additional testing and after those tests he told me I possibly had a pituitary gland tumor, a aneurysm and other things because something was pressing on my optic nerve. He said he would refer me to a specialist and he referred me to the wrong one. Problems continued with fax machines etc. Then I told him what I needed. He ended up sending me to a specialist in Kyle. She told me his testing had been conducted inaccurately and there was nothing pressing on my optic nerve. No CT or other tests were needed. I walked out relieved. Frustrated because by this point I spent at least $300 or more in unnecessary testing and took time off from work. I would not recommend seeing Dr. Trejo he seems to lack experience. Complete nightmare!!
