Alexandria (I call her "Dr. Alex") is amazing. She listens and reflects back better than anyone I've seen in my 40+ years. She takes a very personal and enthusiastic interest in her patients. Every time there was a new problem and no one else figured it out, Alex did. I like her a lot and miss having her as my bio-ID hormone specialist. I hope to see her again soon. I don't understand the other reviews. Maybe they're miffed because she had to go on an extended vacation.

Sadly, this was a terrible experience. I spent a lot of money for nothing. None of the expensive tests she ran ever indicated what was wrong with me, and her treatment protocols that I followed faithfully only brought me to a near death experience. She’s a very attractive person, and appears to care, but it’s all a show. This whole entire office only cares about getting as much money as they can out of the community. There is no medical help being given here, just sales techniques.
