Alex has been compassionate, thorough & genuinely caring since the first day we met her in the hospital. She takes her time with the patient & the family. We were very fortunate that Alex transitioned with us from the hospital to the outpatient setting during this scary time. It has made this experience a little easier seeing a familiar, kind, smiling face. We trust her & she always follows through when she says she is going to do something.
