I was very fortunate to have Ali Chabot as my nurse practitioner for several years She was instrumental in helping me recover from one of the worst depressive states I had ever slipped into She was kind and sincere in helping me with my recovery not only regarding my medications but she also set up a visiting nurse to help me manage my meds and matched me up with my current therapist I have the highest regards for her and will definitely miss her!

I am so sad that Ali is moving on. I have been a patient of hers for 5 years. She is so compassionate, professional, an excellent listener, orders lab work when needed and is extremely knowledgeable. She truly cared about me and advised the medications that would work with all my issues. She has been a bright star in my night sky.

i have had the pleasure of working with Ali for several years now. She explains easily my medication needs and choices. She listens intently to all my questions and concerns and checks in on my life issues too. Easy to talk too. Takes time to talk when I need it. So sad to see her go. I will miss her greatly.

The medicines that were prescribed for me worked extremely well.
