I was referred to Alex through EAP for anxiety, which was affecting my work relationships. I had never been diagnosed with anxiety, but Alex was able to get to the heart of those issues within the first few sessions. He recommended EMDR to treat PTSD (which I did not think I had) and we met weekly for over a year. I’ve since moved away, and have not been able to located another EMDR therapist to continue our work. But the therapy has certainly changed me for the better. I am much more aware of my emotions and no longer struggle with anxiety. I have a much better understanding of how I fit into life and what I can and should expect from it.
