Went for a skin check with Dr. Arhets today and although he is personable and nice, he is in a big hurry to rush you in and out. He forgot to do a scalp check and I had to ask for it. He also did not mention the rash bumps on the bottoms of my feet and ask me about them. He was looking so fast, I'm not even sure if I trust it was a very thorough check but maybe this is Ada West's fault for booking appt's so close together to try and push as many people through in a day in order to make as much money as possible. That place is always so busy. I would recommend choosing another Dr. there.

Mutilated my daughter’s finger by leaving wart removal acid on too long. She required care at a wound clinic for six weeks. He refused to take responsibility even when shown he left it on ten times the normal time.

I've been a patient of Alexander's for a few years now and he has always been wonderful. He always listens to my problems and finds the best solutions for my symptoms. He always makes sure I'm not in pain and is very gentle when working on my mole removals. He's a genuinely nice and caring doctor and I don't get that feeling from a lot of other medical professionals I have seen. I will always recommend him to anyone I know for any dermatology needs.

Alex performed a biopsy on my husband’s leg to look for melanoma. He biopsied the wrong spot and we had to return for another biopsy and pay another copay. Dr. Burr refused to waive the extra cost even though he is the one who caught the mistake.

Do not use this guy! He will mutilate people's skin. He put a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse out of work for a month when he told her she would go back to work the next day. This was supposed to be a routine wart removal, but ended up being an injury so bad she had to have wound care and do physical therapy. He practiced outside of the industry standard of medicine, and ignored the nurse when she brought this to the offices attention. Hopefully the Board of Medicine will take more action than he did.

My son saw him for his acne. The medication initially prescribed was highly sensitive to sun exposure, and my son works out in the sun for his job. When he began experiencing rashes from the medication and ZERO results,Alex Arhets not only prescribed the same medication again, but prescribed a second one that was also highly sensitive to sunlight. He does not listen to patients, nor does not treat conditions appropriately.

Appreciate that I could see Dr. Arhets same day I called for an appointment. The freezing of an actinic keratosis was quick, easy and didn't leave a scar. Dr. Arhets is personable and caring. This was a first visit to this clinic.

He has always been very giving of his time, answering all my questions and explains everything clearly
