As a new patient, I was never informed about the correct location for my appointment, which led me to go to the wrong office. When I called, I was told I should’ve asked. After arriving at the right location, I had to wait over two hours to be seen. The staff lacked communication and professionalism, and the experience was very frustrating. I hope the office works on being more organized and respectful of patients' time. The only thing her office was fast at was collecting my “copay” which they didn’t know or looked they it was already met. YOU got to be better than that.

I had taken notes on how I had been feeling unwell. Alexa was patient and asked questions as I described my symptoms. It’s rare to feel relaxed and not rushed at the doctor, but they really care here! Don’t hesitate scheduling an appoint with Alexa, she’s very informed and patient.
