I saw her for on and off for ten years. Among a long list of favorite things, one if my top was how she remembers things, she really pays attention, really listens. I know she helps a lot of people, but you might think you were her only client, I never had to remind her of names or situations, etc and she never mixed me or my or anyone else's situations up-not once in ten years. Very hard to replace, I'll tell you that (I moved).
