First visit with him was pleasant, seems like a caring person. However the 2nd time I tried to see him was horrible. I made an appointment despite their no appt necessary, walk in policy, because I value my time, and do not like to wait endlessly. I stated both my concerns when I made the appt, was not told that I cannot address more than one issue per visit, as someone who works in the medical field, I understand the frustration for patients with long list of concerns, but being denied for just two was unacceptable. I was told to pick one that's more urgent, I was so upset I asked the front desk to let him know I need to be seen for both, and if he can't accommodate, I will be leaving the practice. The front desk came back and told me I have to wait until he sees the patient scheduled after me, I was furious because the office was empty, and he wanted to push my appointment, and I was early for my appt. Patients should not be treated this way.
