I went in to get help/treatment for tinnitus. I was charged $75 for a new patient exam then charged an additional $200+ after I declined their treatment package of $2800 not covered by insurance. They billed my insurance $3,304 for x-rays a 15 min chiropractor visit and a 10 min PT visit.
