He is a one man office and takes calls and texts during your session. He make inappropriate jokes that are not funny. He uses a unique technique where you hold on to two little vibrating hand holds for a few mins while he takes texts and messages. He told me to mentally embrace and accept my depression and or anger during the time the little vibrators are in my hands. When he turns off the little vibrators he asked me how I felt, however as I was not ready to accept his suggestions and agree with him that I was "cured" after three sessions, he quit and sent me abruptly away. no explanation and no concern for the patient's wellbeing. I suspect my insurance ran out. Either way , it's an unprofessional experience that did nothing for me. Don't waste your time and money on this guy. Find someone who cares about patient wellbeing.

Dr. Zbik is excellent! He nailed the issues and worked directly to deal with them right from the start. If you want to sit and just complain endlessly, then this is not your provider. He is very experienced at EMDR and PTSD treatments, and he works WITH YOU to settle your issues once and for all. Such a relief when you put in the time and the effort to heal! He is amazing!

Dr. Zbik has a penchant for telling jokes during therapy sessions which I found inappropriate and counter-productive

Dr.Zbik has been instrumental in helping me face my fears and anxieties through EMDR. I am so grateful to him for helping me get to a place where I felt capable and relaxed in situations and moments that completely overwhelmed me.
