Dr. Sladky is a good optometrist; however, his office staff have much to improve, especially the two girls at the front--one is an assistant technician (??) and the other is the "cashier." Together they lack positive customer service skills. We're not sure if Sladky has really seen how they treat the customers. If he has and condones their style of talking to the customers, than he is no better than both of them. We have chosen never to return to Eyelusions until Sladky gets better office staff.

I really like Dr. Sladky and have been going there for more than 12 years. He explains everything, is very friendly and I have always been happy with my prescription. He is also very good with my daughter. She's been seeing him for 6 years.
