I’m sure she is very good at her job. But when a patient says she isn’t the doctor for them they need to listen. When my appointment was scheduled I told them she wasn’t the doctor for me but they said I had to see her. At the end of my appointment she said “sorry but I can’t help you .” I asked what I was supposed to do and her response was “you are between a rock and a hard spot aren’t you.” I needed an ophthalmologist not an optometrist. All they did was bill me for an appointment that was a waste of time and money.
