ADA mistreatment
The front desk was nice. The doctor refused to see a patient who brought their service animal. The doctor stated that the dog did not appear to be a service animal and demanded to see a license, despite the animal wearing an appropriate service harness and leash. The doctor violated ADA compliance laws and vocally expressed they did not believe the patient and told them they would not be seen and to leave immediately. Corporate and ADA complaints have been filled. Shame on you 'Dr.' Ahmed Al-Sayyad, OD

Positive and Professional Eye Doctor
I had a very good experience with scheduling, registration, and evaluation at the FallsChurch, VA location. Dr. Al-Sayyad was friendly, professional, and provided a thorough examination and follow up. The technicians were efficient and Natalie was particularly helpful. I plan to return next year for my annual evaluation.
