Half Truths and Half Lies
How many ‘half truths’ or ‘half lies’ would be okay to you before you doubted someone’s credibility or character? Just ONE right? Her “experience” with “DOING vascular surgery” (as a way of making me feel better) would be great, IF she was a surgical nurse practitioner. She tried to make me believe something that wasn’t true during an OFFICE VISIT… What about when things DO matter? That’s just it. She showed me enough.

Interested in hearing herself, not me.
Everything she said felt VERY scripted. She was not there to listen to me. She talked but you’d never know I was there looking for help from her.. She said the things she was supposed to and that was about it for my visit.

Pass on this one
I do not know why Adrienne Greeney became an NP with Baylor and I do not know why she is kept on as a provider for CARDIAC patients. People are not what she does well. She never answered any question I asked. She didn’t listen to me and even prescribed medications I told her I was allergic to. Baylor used to be a ‘standard’ for quality. This NP isn’t it.

Dumbfounded
I do not know why Adrienne Greeney became an NP with Baylor and I do not know why they keep her. I used to think Baylor had high standards. I have had to rethink that. This NP gave me medication I am allergic to and did not listen to a single thing I said. She also left every question I did ask her, unanswered.

Out of touch
Talked in circles. Contradicted herself when I asked her to explain how some of the medication worked and STILL didn’t listen to what I told her I was worried about or wanted answers for. BAYLOR…. You used to be better. I guess that is COVID’s fault to.

Awkward people skills
Vague and unhelpful. People are not her strong suit. I used to think Baylor set their bar pretty high but I guess things have changed.

Never answered any of the questions I asked her
I asked multiple questions regarding my veins and arteries. She did not answer a single question I asked her. I even tried rephrasing my questions and I told her that I was anxious about my veins and wanted information from her. She just blinked at me and then talked over me like I was not even there. Aweful.
