'My Veterans'
She got into healthcare to help people. Her dad served, and she calls patients who served 'my veterans', and she means it. She listened interestedly as my wife and I prattled on about our children. Her focus was on us. She read the lab reports I brought and entered them into the chart - even though VA clearly omitted it. FASTEST turn around on a claim ever, 1 month. VA hires providers for exams, they are not your healthcare providers and are not liable to their respective boards if they fail to do their best for you - yet she did. I have had several such exams. VA tries to ask too narrow a question and fails to direct the examiner to read supporting evidence. This is the first provider who looked at the labs I carried with me. The first to read my c-file, and I have them all recorded! She is the first to see an unclaimed problem and on her own time abide by 38CFR to complete supplemental dbq. To say that my wife and I were impressed is a dramatic understatement.
