Dr Z has treated me personally to rehab a rotator cuff and strengthen the muscles around it to help me avoid surgery. He also helped me find immediate relief after tweaking my back from lifting a heavy object awkwardly. Dr Z also helped my 11 year old daughter strengthen her ankles to help her avoid injury on the soccer fields. He has phenomenal interpersonal and communication skills that complement his caring nature and knowledge base! I highly recommend Dr Zelinski!

I've been to many chiropractors over the years, generally for shoulder and IT band issues. None has married the type of chiropractic, soft tissue and physical therapy that Dr. Zelinski incorporates. His methods were highly effective on me, to the point where I'll go to no one else but Dr. Z.

I've been to many chiropractors over the years due to low back pain. Each wanting me to see them for an extended period of time. It always felt as if it were a money grab. I've been going to Dr. Z for some time now and each and every time I see him it's rare there are more than a couple office visits needed. I wanted to express my gratitude after my last visit:
I was having hip problems. Dr. Z showed me ONE stretch. And on my way out he said..Keep stretching no need to come back..
