Adam doesn’t seem very sympathetic toward the condition of chronic pain. He can appear at times to not think the patient is being truthful. At times seems he acts aloof , distracted and over whelmed. I’m not really sure he believes someone when they tell him of their pain and suffering. He doesn’t go into much detail about testing and how it relates to the pain someone could be dealing with. He has showed a little friendliness on occasions.

I’m not fat
He may be good for 450lb people with knees and ankles but not if you have a real problem
