Took my infant to see this provider. As I told him the symptoms, he questioned whether I was having any medical issues which would have confused me about my son's medical issues. He wanted to run some tests on my son. He sent in a nurse to take blood and get a urinalysis via catheter. There was no mention of any other ways to get a sample. The nurse was reluctant to try this method and I had a lapse in judgement for my son's health and safety. As NP jester did not offer another method to retrieve a urine sample. My infant son was traumatized and hurt. The easier and safer method should have been the first thing to suggest and use instead of invasive and painful. I would not recommend this NP to anyone.

Nurse Jester refuses patients Covid testing based on his own personal views and not based on what is clearly being told to him by the patient and the CDC guidelines. This male nurse told me the day symptoms started on his own, I said symptoms started mid last week sometime and he told me that he was putting in “Friday” instead. He then goes on to say that I can come back when it’s been at least five days despite me telling him it’s been five days. I am disgusted at how our Covid numbers are going up as a nation and me, people with disabilities that are immunocompromised, cannot get a test when paid for by insurance and seen by appointment. I am letting the media know of this mistreatment/medical malpractice and calling my lawyer. BSW will not let you know of bad reviews on their website though. The office environment was terrible as well.

Always listens and is kind. And the most helpful and knowledgeable FNP our family has ever met. He is also amazing with my toddler. We have complete trust in him.
