Adam is the gold standard!
I struck gold when I found Adam. He's kind, knowledgeable, is interested in you and your activity. He explains everything, including not only the reason for a particular exercise but why too much or too little of it may not be good. He always seems glad to see me and I have noticed that I move better when I leave than when I arrive! I have recommended him to friends and they, too, have been very happy with Adam, his team of assistants and their work.
