Terrible first impression
Dr. Ritchie came off as very non sympathetic person who seemed to rush through the initial visit. She asked me a couple questions regarding my “ intake “ responses and proceeded to tell me it might be over a 2 month wait to get tested- IF the insurance covered it. This, after waiting over a half hour past my appointment time. Just seemed like a cold uncaring person that left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Telehealth
Tired of calling for results of my pending insurance and next appointment. Giving up on this practice.

No professional empathy for patient.
Patient felt Abagail Ritchie did not really care about the patients issue. He felt she just went through the motions, had a very cold demeanor and the patient was much more upset after the office visit then before.

Neuro-testing
Do not waist your time or money on this psychologist. She is unprofessional, insensitive and clearly not in it for the patient. Don’t use her just because she’s on your insurance plan like I did. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!
