Abby has been my NP for over a year now. She’s always thoughtful, and listens carefully to what you have to say. She works with you to come up with a plan, and is always available for questions as they come up.

Firefly is the best Doctor experience ever! It is so easy to schedule. And Abby who is a Nurse Practitioner knows her stuff and always sends followup items as promised. One of the Doctors called me to check in as well! My Husband has signed up and we could not be happier!

She made my first telemedicine experience easy and I will continue to see her.

I was a bit nervous moving to a virtual healthcare platform. Ever since I started with firefly Dr. Nisha Basu and Abby Richmond have consistently been there for me, day or night, and have explained everything in perfect detail. I am a true believer in firefly now.

I brought a concern and measurements forward in a video meeting. Abby heard my concern, reviewed the measures and affirmed my issue. We considered possible options to resolve. Then Abby suggested a very simple step forward that is easy for me to do each day. A perfect solution.

Always available when an issue arises, makes me feel comfortable and listens to my concerns.

Abby listened to all of my concerns and walked through each of them with me. She is very thorough and I can tell that she cares. She made some great recommendations for me. She is a wonderful provider.

Abigail is such a comfort to me - she understands what I have been through and does her best to explain things in a way that helps prevent some anxiety.
