Abby is wonderful! She listened and validated all my concerns, was equally concerned, had a very polite friendly and professional demeanor and knowledgeable about what to do moving forward. We are very appreciative to have Abby on our medical team!

Provider was not interested in asking very many investigative questions and obtaining info. She actually held her hand up to stop my friend, who accompanied my daughter to her appt, from talking.Once she discovered my daughter has used marijuana and has anxiety, there were no other options to what could be causing her stomach problems. Even though she has had stomach issues for over 7 years, since she was 8.Tests were ordered even though she said they aren't going to show Anything. My daughter had been waiting to go to this appt with the hope she could stay to find answers about why she feels so awful all the time, only to be dismissed. It severely affected her mood the next couple days, she was very depressed feeling there is nothing that can be done for her. Not great from someone who has mental health struggles.

After waiting for so long in the waiting room, I expected that the provider must go over her time with patients. That wasn't it, because once she was finally in the room with us, it was incredibly brief, though I'm sure we will still be charged an arm and a leg for an incredibly brief appointment. We are basically going to be charged outrageous prices for just sitting around in the waiting room.
