Miss Abby Pollack was extremely polite, compassionate, a excellent listener, through, friendly, kind, knowledgeable and very professional.She is a great fit and a excellent representative of the company.I had a scheduled Doctor’s appointment on 12/07/23 at 10:45am, with Ms. Abby Pollard. Ms. Pollard took the timansweaall of my questions and concerns which made me feel at home as if I was coming over for dinner.Not only is Ms. Pollard friendly and professional, the front desk staff is hands down. The staff are professional as well and also they are jam up (good).

Abby was not only kind but made my thumb joint injection tolerable! LolExplained my options and what to get to help my arthritis in my thumb! Thanks Abby!

Abby took care of my post-operative carpal surgery stitch removal, which went easy as pie. And offered a good augmentation sleeve of silicone, for comfortable use of the hand for various tasks.

Went in for a rotator cuff tear. Very good at explaining what was going on. Appreciated her perspective and the analogy of the tear.
