I’ve been seeing Abbie for 8 years and she has changed my way of thinking. I’ve switched from negative/catastrophic thinking to view things with more positive thinking by using mindfulness. She is laid back and soft spoken. It is easy to let your feelings out in her presence with no judgement from her. She is very caring and empathetic. She is accommodating and tries to get me in for a session within a week of asking.
