Everyone needs an Abbie!
Telehealth
Everyone needs an Abbie!Abbie is a wonderful therapist, I highly recommend! She is kind, caring, and incredibly smart in all of the things. Abbie is warm, she is easy to talk to and open up to. I respect her and trust her opinions and suggestions. She first listens, and then teaches you about whatever the particular situation is. I appreciate that she also brings up science and studies in her therapy. I have learned not only about letting go of control and boundaries, but also about cortisol and its effects on the body. She is also full of some fun life hacks such as putting Mr. Clean (Lemon scent) in an especially dirty/stinky load of laundry. BIG thank you to Abbie to getting me where I am today!

Abbie is brilliant. She does a tremendous job of helping you understand why you make the decisions you do. She opened my eyes to several truths in my life I had been avoiding. It takes courage to face the truth but it needs to happen before you can be truly happy.
