I drove 90 minutes for this follow-up appointment not to be greeted by the receptionist.
I was simply given an iPad to watch a 1980s video about my 2018 needed treatment.
After the video, I was shuttled to the Dr's office to wait 20 more minutes before I had enough and walked out w/o being treated.
What went well
No results
What could be improved
- Staff wasn't friendly
- Didn't trust the provider's decisions
