Dr. Zvi Gross, MD

The reviews above detailing how Dr. Gross doesn’t care about his patients and their problems are all accurate. He doesn’t listen to anything the patient has concerns about and makes no effort to establish rapport with the patient. His biggest concern is walking out of the exam room as quickly as possible. This office has become a total joke since Dr. Campbell and Dr. Newman left. I am moving to a new PCP.

Every couple of months I have problems getting medication refills. Pharmacy contacts office repeatedly. No response. Office staff is the most unprofessional I have ever had to deal with. I get passed from person to person and get nothing accomplished except my blood pressure shoots through the roof. The office staff always says they will call back but never do. Dr. Gross is a decent doctor. But not worth the aggravation I have to deal with on a constant basis. Looking for a new doctor.

this is a great office, my entire family comes here. All of the physicians and cardiologists in the group are amazing and so is the entire staff.

At first he seemed to be a good dr but as time went on I started to notice that he showed no concern for my problems. I stated problems I had but he would ignore them so I had to keep asking over and over. He didn't listen nor did he understand what I was telling him because he wasn't listening. Looking for a new dr. :(

The worse neglecting nun professional doctor I've came across. Don't recommend him to my worst enemies. He shouldn't practice medicine. Heartless, lock of understanding and care for his patients.
