Abysmally unprofessional. Bigoted, rude, and awful. Trust the bad reviews. They're correct.

Trust the negative reviews. Horrendous and bigoted medical provider. Cancels at the last minute with no concern for refills or care.

Terrible Experience
I had seen a psychiatrist via telehealth over a couple month period. The only reason I switched was to see someone in person which was more comfortable for me. My first appointment with Dr. Anjum was a horrible experience. I deal with PTSD and social anxiety and she had no empathy for what I was dealing with. I've been taking medical cannabis specifically for PTSD for a while now. At Nystrom, it's in their policy that they won't offer you services if you take medical cannabis, though for some reason I missed that part of the policy. However, I was very open at every appointment about my use of medical cannabis and nothing was said to me until the one appointment I had with Dr. Anjum. It was the biggest red flag when I mention I was taking medical cannabis. Her eyes got really big and she started to scold me like a child. She ended up writing completely false records with a diagnosis that many of the doctors I'd seen in the past wouldn't agree with.

Judgemental, cold, and rude
She yelled at me for not getting her all my psych history and told me I had to physically bring thousands of paperwork to the office to be scanned in even though she had ROI for all of it. I was crying and she was scolding me then just ended the visit.

Rigid, cold, lacks empathy
My current psychiatrist is retiring at the end of the year, so I am seeking a new one. I wish I had read reviews before going to see Dr. Anjum. The actual appointment lasted a mere five minutes, as she told me quite quickly that she would not prescibe a medication that my current psychiatrist has been prescribing me--one that helps my mood and fatigue significantly. Anyhow, I said "I guess we're done" after she told me that, and she made no effort at all at further dialogue. I could sense from the time she called me from the waiting room and walked quickly ahead of me saying nothing that things may not go as positively as I was hoping for, and I guess my sense was correct. Don't believe the reviewer who blamed her low ratings on disgruntled patients!
