The worst! don't Waste your time

Hace aproximadamente 3 años y medios que soy paciente de la Dr Jorro.Es muy dedicada a darle un servicio muy profesional a sus pacientes.Tiene un carisma que contagia a los pacientes.Su personal siempre esta dispuesto a resolver las necesidades de los pacientes.Y se preocupan de que uno se sienta a gusto. Dr Jorro has been my primary for more than ten years; her care has been exemplary. She is thoughtful and fully engaged; she asks questions respectfully and listens carefully. Her staff are well trained professionals who treat patients with respect and dignity. Her wait times can be long, but it is always because she makes each patient her immediate priority, and that sometimes takes a little more time.

I rarely ever see her. I always have to see her PA . Getting referrals is a ridiculous process, even when I have been in extreme pain. It took me over 6 months to get a much needed MRI because it was "expensive for the insurance company". I was shuffIed around to specialists and pain management. I ended up needing major surgery. There is NO reason to let someone suffer that long. The patient should always get top notch care no matter what. I feel like I lost 6 months of my life. From now on, I will be going to the ER. At least I will get the tests I need right away.

Horrible horrible doctor she shouldn't even be practicing, she's a Mickey Mouse Dr. and needs to go back to med school and get a class of what shingles really looks like cuz now my mom has breast cancer all due to her negligence treating her for something she never had and all along it was cancer. I wish I can give her no stars at all. SHE NEEDS TO TAKE HER REAR END BACK TO SCHOOL!

I have been a patient of Jorro's office since around 2008-ish. I have had the same conditions for many years and Dr. Jorro is pretty much the only doctor that knows ALL about it. She had completed my paperwork in late 2016 and was valid for 1 year. Due to my own financial hardships I was not able to be seen my any doctor, but still (obviously) had my same conditions. I recently went back to the office for #1 Well-Woman's exam and #2 To be seen for my medical condition to have paperwork complete

Rude receptionist, talked in spanish to other people instead of helping me. I was treated differently because I have ObamaCare. I needed to have a credit card put on file which I don't own. After waiting for an hour in the waitingroom, I was told I couldn't be seen since I didn't have a credit card. So I caved in and reluctantly gave them my debit card, immediately after they kicked me out of the office. I immediately cancelled my debit card. DONT GO THERE IF YOU HAVE OBAMACARE!

Excellent Doctor

First time patient. Appt at 3pm. Paid co-pay within 4 minutes, fast service when it came to getting my money. Ladies up front, cold attitude and non-friendly. Waited until 4:35pm before being called. Spoke with Med asst., waited another 30 minutes. Spent less than 6 minutes speaking with Dr/PA before leaving. POOR service, they should give a discount for slow service. I show up on time, they dont respect the patients time. POOR organizational mngmnt. Clueless on scheduling. Interested in $$$$$$.
