I waited about an hour in exam room to see doctor after MA saw me. Too long in my opinion.

Excellent emergency laser treatment
I had an acute narrow angle glaucoma attack and got expert care, my vision restored. Will get the other eye done also. Procedure was fast and painless and no one should avoid getting it done. It will prevent such a horrible experience from happening to them: 8hrs of misery, half of which was spent diagnosing the problem with the ER imaging equipment until I mentioned I had narrow angles.

Dr's concerned intent for identifying any existing problems I was having was very reassuring, in addressing them and offered helpful suggestions, as well.

This was my first visit to Dr. Stoumbos and Devers. It went extremely well. All my questions and concerns were addressed and while I thought I should see an ophthalmologist immediately, turns out I didn't, thankfully, but Dr. Stoumbos saw me within a day and put my mind at ease. I will be going back the Dr. Stoumbos and will recommend her and Devers to others.

I have only kudos and high praise for Dr Stoumbos. She is thorough, patient with answering my concerns and always very much in touch. The negativeness on some reviews . . . in a hurry, not willing to interact seems very unfair. I have always found that just politely stating to Dr Stoumbos that I do have concerns was always kindly resolved. A positive approach helps, as a patient. Consider the busy office atmosphere with staff trying to keep up. Think about someone's dedication and willingness to meet our needs. I am hoping to see Dr Stoumbos soon, if she is still in the area. Zoey at Eye Health Northwest
I received a request to confirm an an annual diabetes eye exam for the next day. On the next day I received a call that Zoey was in surgery on the day of appointment and that rescheduling was necessary and that Zoey was unavailable for. The scheduler would not or not/could not explain this sudden shift and unavailability. The scheduler also provided inaccurate information about previous efforts to contact me. The clinic needs to improve its patient communication and scheduling.

This was our second visit to this doctor. First was fine. On this visit, we waited two hours to see the doctor and finally just left. Front desk agreed it's disrespectful to leave patients waiting that long. Will not go back. At 91 y.o., an unexplained wait of that long is unacceptable.
